This little mining ghost town is approximately 10-15 miles away from Lake Havasu Arizona. It is famous for the burros who are decendents of the miners pack animals that wander free about the town and for the hotel that Carol Lombard and Clark Gable stayed in during the peak of their stardom. It is like many other ghost towns that have remained occupied after the silver mines closed down in the early 20th century and have become tourist attractions.
