Watching videos on the drive over

He has a tremendous appetite and is always munching something!

We stopped at In-n-Out Burger in Palm Springs for lunch. Silly Nathan fooling around for the photo.

This is at Tarzan's Tree house and Nathan really enjoyed his time there.

They had some really cool things for the kids to play on at Tarzan's Tree house.

Here at Tarzan's Tree House he is turning the rain stick machine

What a ham, he kept asking me to take pictures of him at Tarzan's Tree house.

Another photo of him looking at the displays at Tarzan's Tree house.

He liked the garden potting area of Tarzan's Tree house.

On the Jungle Cruise this elephant scared Nathan and he sat in the bottom of the boat the rest of the ride!

Mom wanted to go on the ride so Nathan and Papaw waited outside.

Nathan in his pirate gear after the Pirates of the Carribean ride

Nathan just had to have the giant Mickey hands! Look at that cookie face! LOL!

On the shuttle after an afternoon and evening at Disneyland

Every chance Nathan had he wanted his picture taken with his favorite characters at the parks.

Nathan had a great time in Mickey's Toon Town. They had all types of play areas for the kids to use their imagination.

We toured Mickey's house and at the end each child had the opportunity to get a photo with Mickey

Faith & Nathan in Mickey's garage

Toon Town Gas Station was really a hoot!

Faith and Nathan at the Toon Town Gas Station, it was really cute!

It was CRAZY in the crowds after the evening parade!

Nathan even enjoyed his time in the hotel room playing with the toys from Disneyland

Now this ride Grizzly River Run is terrific...but you really get wet!

The park put everything together to make it sooooo realistic! The wait time was minimal.

Mom and a ride mate chatting about their apprehension of getting wet! LOL!

This is on the way out, just look at how many people they process through the ride!

This is a shot of the ramp up to the first falls area. It was a wet-n-wild ride!

They had really nice short tours to several exhibits. This one is the Mission Tortilla factory, here they are making flour tortillas.

Outside of the tortilla factory they had Mariachi's playing...a nice touch.

This is the Boudin Bakery which makes all of the bread and pastry products for the whole of the Disney Resort. They had a really nice tour MC'd by Rosie O-Donnell

In the Pacific Wharf area Mom and Dad stopped to look over the other visible parts of the park.

You can see the huge Mickey roller coaster ride on the boardwalk

This is the Sun Wheel, it was 5 stories high! Each car has a loop to rotate around during the ride.

This was the one ride (Jumpin Jellyfish) Nathan went on 5 times!

He couldn't get enough going up high and floating down!

As you can see after I rode it twice I had my Dad ride the other times! He enjoyed it with Nathan.

Aug17 - Nathan on Posidens Carousel

The SS Trustworthy was Nathan's favorite places, it was a wharf fire tug play area. The kids could squirt hoses, ring bells, blow fog horns, and make lots noise!

They had a photographer taking photos of the kids pretending to ride surf boards. Nathan liked playing on the boards.

Here he is again on the surf boards

Scoping out the area with the binoculars. Whoa Nana everything is so close!

He was manning the fire hose, it was a problem solving activity where you had to turn a wheel to position the hose and push a button on the floor to squirt the water.

Back on the boards again! This board would squirt water out the back to give the image of riding the waves!

He was thoroughly wet by the time he finished riding the surf board!

Nathan was so excited to pose with Flik, Flik really was nice to him and paid him a lot of personal attention.

In the Golden Valley area they had modern day Catepillar tractors on display for the kids to climb and have fun.

He loves big machinery!

The only other ride he really enjoyed was the carousel.

Wine Country Wine test area

Nathan just had to take a photo of Nana as we were waiting for the shuttle back to the hotel.

Well it is time to leave and he was sad but also glad to be going home...the walking around really got to him.
